== Description ==

Plugin that detects, if a visitor is using the old Internet Explorer 6 (or even older) and displays a message to him to download a better browser, or at least upgrade to a new version of IE.
By using this you can force your visitors to finally upgrade to a better browser and you won't have to bother anymore with IE Hacks and stuff.

This Plugin follows the idea of the "<a href="http://iedeathmarch.org/2008/08/we-like-our-internet-with-a-side-of-revolution/trackback/">IE Dead March Project</a>" which wants all webdevelopers to stop supporting the Internet Explorer 6.

<p>So far the script supports the languages</p>

<p>Spanish and Swedish are coming up and should be implemented within the next few days.</p>

== Installation ==

1. Extract to `/wp-content/plugins/`
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. That's it!

= How do I configure the plugin? =

There is nothing to setup. Just activate it and you're good.

= Can I setup my own error message? =

No, the url to the errormessage is hardcoded into the plugin. If you want to change it, you must edit the url in the aiep.php file and upload an own site.

= How can I help the project? =

Spread the word and try to convince other bloggers to install the plugin and banish the IE6 from the web.

The script automatically detects from where the visitor comes and shows the page in the correct language by itself. There is nothing to configure.
