== Description ==

Would you like a mechanism to allow and encourage your customers the opportunity to frequently provide useful feedback to help improve your product or service? Look no further. Set up an [AeyTimes ideas](http://aeytimes.com/) page, and install the AeyTimes Product or Service Feedback / Comments Widget to proudly display feedback from your beloved customers. 

== Installation ==

1. Upload `aeytimes-product.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in the WordPress administration panel.
1. Drag your widget to the desired position on the 'Widgets' page under 'Appearance'.
1. To create an AeyTimes ideas page, first [register](http://aeytimes.com/signup/) or [login](http://aeytimes.com/login/).
1. Title the name of your idea something like "Feedback for YOURPRODUCT", where YOURPRODUCT is the name of your product or service.
1. Once you complete the rest of the idea submission process, a URL with the idea number can be found after the forward slash after the word "ideas" ( eg `http://aeytimes.com/ideas/###/Feedback_for_YourProduct` ).
1. Enter that idea number into the "Idea ID" field of your widget within the WordPress administration panel.
1. Enter a title for your widget, and select the number of feedback comments that you would like to display.
1. Click on "Save."
1. For feedback comments to appear on your widget, users must submit feedback on the Comments section on the particular ideas feedback page created on AeyTimes. It may take up to 15 minutes before the comments start displaying.
