Add notes about the site to various admin locations, as well as compile them into an instruction manual.  The instruction manual has not yet been implemented but will be included in release 1.0.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Start adding site notes (if you're a super-admin)
